- Step 1: Check for distance between Wireless Router and ReTV device
- Step 2: If the Router and ReTV device are connected in separate room than connectivity issue will be there
- Step 3: maximum range of 2-3 meters
- Step 4: If possible connect Ethernet cable from router to ReTV,
- If not Step 5: Get both devices connected near by to each other,
- If not Step 6: Another solution is to connect Wifi extender.
