Ø ReTV uses Miracast to provide Screen Mirroring capability
Ø You can mirror the screen of Any device & Operating System supporting Miracast
On ReTV
Ø Navigate to Apps on the Main Menu
Ø Press Right to the Apps section
Ø Press Up/Down to browse to the Miracast App
Ø Press OK to Open the Miracast App
Mirroring On Android
4.4+
Ø Ensure that your Android device supports Miracast
Ø Ensure that WiFi is connected to the same WiFi as ReTV
Ø On your Android Phone, open the Android Quick Settings Panel
Ø Tap on Screen Mirroring (Android 4.4.x) or Cast Screen (Android 5.x)
Ø Select ReTV from List of Available Device
On ReTV – Press OK to start Mirroring
Mirroring On Windows 8.1
Ø Ensure that WiFi is connected to the same WiFi as ReTV
Ø Open the Charms bar on the right
Ø Click/Tap on “Devices”
Ø Click/Tap on “Project”
Ø Click Tap on “Add a wireless display”
Ø Windows will now start “Searching for devices”
Ø Select ReTV from the list of devices
Ø On ReTV – Press OK to start Mirroring
Mirroring On Windows 7, 8
Ø Mirroring is not natively supported on these Operating Systems
Ø But it can be made to work using Intel’s WiDi software (free)
